Take 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and put into your mouth.
Now gently swish it around for about 20 minutes.
Then spit it out, make sure that you do not gargle or swallowing the oil.
End it with rinse your mouth out with warm water; you can also use salt water for antimicrobial benefits.
Lastly, brush your teeth as usual and follow this daily in the morning, on an empty stomach.

Neem

It has been studied that neem has more than 140 compounds in it that are important for human health. Among its antibacterial, properties help in maintaining oral health by destroying bacteria that can cause plaque, cavities, and gingivitis.

How To Use Neem For Teeth And Gums

Take 2 or 3 neem leaves to grind them into a paste, add few drops of sesame seed oil. Use the paste to brush teeth a few times a week.
Take a twig from a neem tree to brush your teeth daily.
It can also be used as a mouth wash, make juice of neem leaves put it in mouth and gargle for 1-2 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.

Tulsi

Tulsi also was known as Basil has many health benefits, including respiratory and cardiovascular benefits. It has antibacterial properties that can help to destroy germs and other bacteria within the mouth which causes plaque; cavities, bad breath, etc.

How To Use Tulsi Leaves For Teeth And Gums

Take 5-10 fresh tulsi leaves to make it into a paste, use paste to brush your teeth.
Drinking Tulsi tea is also useful, take 2 teaspoons of dried basil mix it with water and make decoction and drink. 
Take 5-10 fresh Tulsi leaves to make juice with one cup of water and gargle.

Turmeric

Take 1 cup of water in a vessel bring it to boil, put ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder. Allow it to cool down, use it as a mouthwash once daily.
Take a ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder, add few drops of water and make it as a paste. Use this paste to brush your teeth a few times a week.
Make a paste with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon of salt and few drops of mustard oil. Rub it on your gums and teeth once daily.
